How do I know I’ll get paid on time every month?

After we’ve signed a formal lease agreement rent is paid automatically each month—no delays, no excuses. Your payment is guaranteed regardless of occupancy.

Am I responsible for any damage or excessive wear and tear?

No. We cover all damages caused by any of our guests and maintain your property to high standards. You are only responsible for general maintenance or issues not caused by our guests or team.

How do you screen guests staying in my property?

Guest screening is one of our top priorities. Before anyone is approved to stay, we require government-issued ID and run their information through specialized short-term rental screening platforms. We check for prior guest reviews, verify identity, and look for any risk indicators, such as party tendencies or fraudulent behavior. Our booking platforms also allow us to set strict criteria, such as minimum age, verified profiles, and no history of problematic stays.

Additionally, every reservation is reviewed by a real person—not just software—so we can catch anything automated systems might miss. If we see any red flags, we don’t accept the booking. Will there be a lot of turnover or wear on my property?
